Pragma was established in December 2021 by recognized professionals in the field of regulatory consulting and government relations – Oleksandr Ilkov and Alyona Shulima, who at that time had more than 25 years of professional experience, in particular in legal and managerial positions in the highest public authorities, as well as in the field of GR &PA. In March 2022, Oleksandr Ilkov joined the Armed Forces of Ukraine as a volunteer, and from December 2022 he had served in the legal service of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine. In June 2023, Oleksandr Ilkov was appointed to the position of the Director General of the Government Office for Coordination of European and Euro-Atlantic Integration of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. Pragma continues its activities as part of the other members of the team which it was created with.
