On July 11, as part of the Ukraine Recovery Conference 2025, Pragma’s Partner Alyona Shulima took part in the large-scale Defense Dialogue — Shaping the Future of Transatlantic Security, organized by the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine.
This dialogue served as an important platform for discussing the role of the international community in strengthening transatlantic security, developing Ukraine’s defense sector, and accelerating economic recovery.
The keynote speaker of the event was General Keith Kellogg, U.S. Special Envoy for Ukraine — known for his consistent support of the strategic partnership between the U.S. and Ukraine.
The event brought together key government officials, diplomats, and business leaders from Ukraine, the U.S., and the EU, united by a shared vision: a strong Ukraine means a stable Europe.
