On December 18, 2025, the Presidium of the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry approved the decision to establish the Subsoil Use Committee under the UCCI.
On January 14, 2026, the inaugural meeting of the Subsoil Use Committee at the UCCI took place, during which the Chair of the Committee, the Deputy Chairs, and the Secretary were elected, and the work plan was discussed.
Alyona Shulima, Pragma’s Partner, was elected Chair of the Committee, and Nataly Hannytsia, Pragma’s Executive Director, was appointed Secretary of the Committee.
“The Subsoil Use Committee serves as a unifying platform in the field of subsoil use, shaping, integrating, and promoting sustainable approaches to public policy development in subsoil use, fostering a culture of sustainable subsoil use in Ukraine, and advancing the interests of the sector both domestically and internationally,” said Alyona Shulima.
